This is what I have (mostly everyday) for breakfast and I love it sooo much. It's simple and tastes amazing!
What you need:
4-5 tsbp oats
lf yogurt
quark
milk of your choice (I use soy milk)
Mix all the ingredients together. Put it in the fridge over night or just for some hours and enjoy in the morning :)
You can also put some banana slices, raisins or nuts in it and if it's not sweet enough, you can add some honey. That's what I do.
I know it's my second post about smoothies but I just love them haha. Anyway I made a healthy green smoothie because I want to make a smoothie detox for some days or maybe week. Recipe: handful of spinach, a tiny bit of kale, 1/2 banana, 1 peach, 1/2 kiwi and water to blend.
